Personalization

How does personalization work?
Open any product and click Add personalized design. Upload your photo and add a name or date if the design has a text area. You'll see a live preview on the product before you add it to your cart. When you're happy with it, check out as usual.

Can I see what it will look like before I order?
Yes. The preview updates as you upload your photo and type your text. Take a moment to check the spelling, dates and cropping. We print exactly what you submit.

Do you check my photo?
Yes. A real person reviews every personalized order before it goes to print. If your photo looks too blurry or small for the product, we'll email you before production so you can send a better one.

Can I change my photo or text after ordering?
Email us at dlwilder2020@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually make changes until your order goes into production. Once it's printed, we can't change it.

Can I use more than one photo?
Most of our keepsakes use one photo. The 2027 calendar lets you add a cover photo plus a photo for each month.

Can I add a gift message or ship straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add your note in the Gift message box in your cart.

Photo quality tips

  • Use the original photo. Upload straight from your phone's camera roll or your camera. Screenshots, and photos saved from social media or messaging apps, are compressed and can print blurry.
  • Bigger is better for big products. Blankets, puzzles and large canvases need your highest-resolution photo. Small items like ornaments and pendants are more forgiving.
  • Good light, sharp focus. Daylight photos with the subject in focus print best. Very dark or grainy photos get darker and grainier in print.
  • Keep the subject centered. Ornament shapes, rounded blanket corners, canvas edges and slate edges trim a little around the border. Leave some space around faces, paws and text.
  • Simple works best on small items. The heart pendant is 1" x 1" and ornaments are about 3", so pick a close-up with one or two subjects and keep text short.
  • Check your text. Double-check names, dates and spelling in the preview. Personalized items are printed exactly as entered.

Production and shipping

How long will my order take?
Every keepsake is made to order:

  • Photo review: we check each order, usually within 1 business day.
  • Production: typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product.
  • Standard US shipping: typically 2–5 business days after it ships.

Most orders arrive within about 5–13 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

When should I order for Christmas?
Order ornaments by Dec 8 and everything else by Dec 5 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping. Production times stretch during the holidays, so earlier is always better.

How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $7.99, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different keepsakes are made by different specialist print partners, so an order with several items may ship separately, each with its own tracking.

Returns, reprints and refunds

Can I return a personalized item?
Because every keepsake is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for a photo or text that was submitted with a mistake.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Email dlwilder2020@gmail.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (and the packaging, if it was damaged in transit). Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free reprint or a refund. You don't need to send the item back.

My package hasn't arrived. What now?
Check your tracking link, your mailbox or parcel locker, and with neighbors. If it still hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and our print partner.

How do I care for my keepsake?
Care notes are on each product page. In short:

  • Wipe ornaments, puzzles, slate and pendants with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Wipe canvases with a clean, damp cloth.
  • Machine wash sherpa blankets cold on gentle and tumble dry low. No bleach, ironing or dry cleaning.
