Refund policy

Because every item is personalized and made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors in the photo or text you submitted (please check your preview carefully).

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email dlwilder2020@gmail.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. After we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You won't need to return the item.

Order cancellations or changes are possible only before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible.
