Shipping policy
Made to order. Every Wild Keepsakes product is personalized and made just for you. Before production, we review each order (usually within 1 business day). Production then typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product. It can take longer during peak holiday weeks.
Delivery times.
- Standard US shipping: typically 2–5 business days after your order ships.
- Most orders arrive within about 5–13 business days of being placed.
- Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.
Holiday deadline. Order ornaments by Dec 8 and everything else by Dec 5 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping. Orders placed after those dates are made and shipped as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Shipping rates. Standard US shipping is a flat $7.99 on orders under $50, and free on orders of $50 or more. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows.
Tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different print partners, each with its own tracking number.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us for that reason, we can re-ship it at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged packages.
- If your package arrives damaged, email dlwilder2020@gmail.com within 21 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free reprint.
- If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.
